The Project - Perth Women and Babies Hospital
Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia.
This landmark project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital, expanding services and choice for women, newborns and families while delivering long-lasting benefits and a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project/Area Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of assigned work packages within a major project environment.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of project outcomes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with engineering, procurement, supply chain, major work area across Fit-outs, commercial and construction teams to achieve project objectives.
This role requires a strong leader with extensive construction experience, a proven ability to manage programme, productivity, safety, quality and stakeholder relationships, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
